OGG, Vorbis, and Theora support added to Windows 10 with new Microsoft app

Microsoft is adding support for OGG, Vorbis, and Theora with a new Store app.

Called Web Media Extensions (via Aggiornamenti Lumia), the app adds support for additional file formats in Microsoft Edge, as well as Windows 10 as a whole.
