AMD and Qualcomm join forces in "Always Connected PC" effort

AMD and Qualcomm are teaming up on an extension of the "Always Connected PC" effort.

Windows 10 on ARM "Always Connected PCs" may have been the stars of the show at Qualcomm's Snapdragon Technology Summit event, but a surprise appearance from AMD packed a smaller, but no less interesting announcement.
