Windows 10 Redstone 4 will be called 'Spring Creators Update'

According to a reference spotted in Windows 10, it looks like the next big OS update will be called the "Spring Creators Update."

The release of the next big Windows 10 update, codenamed Redstone 4, isn't far off, but Microsoft hasn't yet officially announced what its final name will be at release.
